We observed high package loss from 18:30 until 18:36 German local time.
The issue is currently under investigation.
The issue was a high CPU load in one of our firewall units. We observed a high volume of traffic during the time and are suspecting a DDOS attack. We will work with our vendors to faster mitigate these issues in the future.
